Child Welfare Conference 2002

The North Carolina Division of Social Services Children's Services will be sponsoring a Child Welfare Conference.  This event will address issues on Child Abuse/Neglect, Foster Care, Adoption and Family Support and Family Preservation.

The conference will be held March 4-6, 2002 at the Grove Park Inn Resort in Asheville, North Carolina.  The Social Services division is on a very low budget, and is based on volunteer work.  How can you help? You and/or any of your friends can donate your time by helping out.  Please be advised that by donating your time can be tax deductible!  If you are able to help out, lodging and board will be paid by the state.
